I’m ending the rabbit hole effect.

I used to spend hours per day. Now, I spend between 10 and 30 minutes total across each platform.

The problem isn’t just what social media does wrong. It’s about using it to entertain me. And I no longer want it to do that.

What I miss most about social media these days is stumbling across friends, family photos, and inspiring thoughts. And I also like talking politics.

But I like the freedom from the addiction a lot more.
