I made dinner for us last night. I love to cook, but have no training. So I watched a video on YouTube about making the perfect cheese sauce and I said “Aren’t those synonyms?” and plotted the opportunity to try it.

So then I had my daughter pick out the macaroni for the Mac & Cheese and made some pretty good sharp cheddar m&c.

We served it up with sloppy joes and green beans. The whole thing took less than 40 minutes.

Oh, and I have plenty of cheese sauce for nachos!
