Sometimes, when we’re young, we freeze—afraid to do something we might regret.
And sometimes, when we’re old, we get stuck—remembering the things we regret.
When we are afraid to make mistakes, we aren’t looking forward. At least not directly. It is more like a plan to look backward. With intention.
And then, when we’re stuck on our mistakes, we’re only looking backward. Not now. And not really forward.
Let us say to ourselves:
Live now.
Be.
And see.
