With my wife sick on her birthday, we put off the birthday cake until tonight. I made a Cherry Garcia-based cake and then started the icing.

Here is 4 tbs butter, 1/3 cup milk, and 6 marshmallows. Going to be good!

Mix in 2 cups powdered sugar and 1/3 cup chocolate.

Then top it off! All it needs are the candles. Happy belated birthday, Babe.
